Erasmus+ Program KA220-VET- Cooperation Partnerships Second Meeting
The second face to face partner meeting of the “Digital Restoration Lab” Erasmus+ Programme KA220-VET (Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training) project was hosted by the Information and Records Management Department of Bartın University (BARÜ) in Bartın, Turkey between 27th-28th April 2023. The project aims to primarily increase the competence of information professionals related to the digitization of photographs, the acquisition of knowledge and skills for digital restoration at low prices, and to improve the ability to use open educational resources related to digitalization.
The first day of the second partner meeting took place at the Faculty of Literature, Bartın University where the project partners each presented their progress on the work streams relating to the Digitization, digital restoration, and presentation of old photographs. The second day of the partner meeting took place at Bartın Municipality’s Town Collective Memory and Research Library where forthcoming work and coordination for the next partner meeting were discussed. Within the scope of the project, the third partner meeting will take place in Braşov, Romania during 13th-14th July 2023.
- The “Digital Restoration Lab” project, which is co-funded by the European Union, will run from 2022-2024 and comprises of six partners:
