Khojaly and Azerbaijan from Genocide to Victory from the Perspective of Information and Document Management Panel 26 February 2024

On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Massacre, an online panel titled "Khojaly and Azerbaijan from Genocide to Victory from the Perspective of Information and Document Management" was held with the cooperation of Bartın University Faculty of Literature, Department of Information and Records Management and Baku State University Faculty of Information and Records Management.

The panel, which was held under the guidance of Bartın University Information and Records Management Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet ALTAY, was attended by Baku State University Information and Records Management Faculty Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alemdar CABBARLI, Baku State University Editorial-Publishing Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Knyaz ASLAN, Baku State University Records Management Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nadir İSMAİLOV and Baku State University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Parviz KAZİMİ as speakers.
