Erasmus+ Program KA220-VET- Digital Restoration Lab Project Third Meeting
The Third face to face partner meeting of the “Digital Restoration Lab” Erasmus+ Programme KA220-VET (Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training) project was hosted by George Baritiu County Library in Braşov, Romania between 13th-14th July 2023. The project aims to primarily increase the competence of information professionals related to the digitization of photographs, the acquisition of knowledge and skills for digital restoration at low prices, and to improve the ability to use open educational resources related to digitalization.
The first day of the second partner meeting took place at the Kopling Hotel in Braşov where the project partners presented their manual chapter that each partner organization had written within the scope of developing learning materials relating to the Digitization, digital restoration, and the presentation of old photographs. The second day of the partner meeting again took place at the Kopling Hotel where forthcoming work relating to the development of the Open and flexible learning system for (online learning) and coordination for the next partner meeting was discussed. Within the scope of the project, the fourth partner meeting will take place in Riga, Lativa during 9th-10th November 2023.
The “Digital Restoration Lab” project, which is co-funded by the European Union, will run from 2022-2024 and comprises of six partners:

- Student Computer Art Society (SCAS) (Bulgaria)
- "George Baritiu" County Library (Romania)
- Bartın University (BARÜ)
- Riga State Technical University (Latvia)
- University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (Bulgaria)
